I am a 60 year old disabled female, stroke victim with vascular problems, mobility impaired. I need a little help to make my life easier for me. I am alone,live alone .I have a 1991 old auto that needs significant work to make it safe to drive, for me to get around, for errands, marketing for groceries, Doctors appointments, etc. Please help me if you can see any way possible,I will be forever grateful. May God bless. P.S. I cannot get a loan, for I receive an amount too low per month to qualify.
